Overview
Premium Pultruded FRP Grating for Heavy-Duty Industrial Flooring
Pultruded fiberglass grating is a high-performance industrial flooring solution manufactured through the continuous pultrusion process, producing panels with exceptional longitudinal strength and consistent cross-sectional quality. Unlike molded grating, pultruded grating uses continuous glass fibers oriented in the load-bearing direction, resulting in superior strength-to-weight ratios and higher load capacities.
Available in I-bar and T-bar profile configurations, our pultruded grating panels feature a patented interlocking design that provides excellent structural integrity under heavy loads. The open-grid construction allows light, air, and water to pass through while maintaining a safe anti-slip walking surface. Standard panels measure 1220mm × 3660mm with depths ranging from 25mm to 50mm.
Engineered for the most demanding industrial environments, pultruded FRP grating offers outstanding corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, and chemicals, making it the preferred choice for chemical processing plants, offshore platforms, marine facilities, and water treatment plants. It is non-conductive, non-sparking, and requires no painting or maintenance throughout its long service life.

Features & Benefits
Industrial Application
Pultruded grating installed in chemical processing facility
Superior Corrosion Resistance
Engineered with vinyl ester or polyester resin systems for exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive chemicals. Ideal for chemical plants, refineries, and wastewater facilities where metal grating fails rapidly.
High Strength & Stiffness
Continuous glass fiber reinforcement provides superior longitudinal strength and stiffness compared to molded FRP grating. Handles heavy industrial loads with minimal deflection across standard support spans.
Lightweight & Easy Installation
Approximately 75% lighter than steel grating of equivalent strength. Panels can be cut, drilled, and installed with standard tools. Reduces structural support requirements and installation costs.
Anti-Slip Safety Surface
Embedded silica sand or grit top surface provides excellent slip resistance in wet, oily, or icy conditions. Meets OSHA and ADA safety standards for industrial walkways and platforms.
Non-Conductive & Non-Sparking
Electrically non-conductive and non-sparking, making it safe for use in electrical substations, battery rooms, and hazardous environments where flammable gases or materials are present.
Maintenance-Free Service
Will not rust, rot, or corrode. Requires no painting, coating, or galvanizing. Provides 20+ years of reliable service with zero maintenance in most industrial environments.
